We reserve the right to modify services, availability, and pricing at any time with reasonable prior notice. Booking an appointment or submitting a form does not by itself constitute a guaranteed service agreement until confirmed by Christy Calafati INK.

and promotional communications directly to your mobile device.

Christy Calafati INK is a professional tattoo and ink services studio based in Westlake Village, CA. Our SMS program supports client communication related to tattoo appointments, consultations, aftercare guidance, and studio updates.

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message you receive from us — this is the fastest way to unsubscribe. You will receive one final confirmation message and absolutely no further messages will be sent to your number

  • Reply CANCEL, QUIT, END, or UNSUBSCRIBE — any of these keywords sent as a reply will also immediately remove you from our SMS messaging list

  • Call us at 310-592-9652 and request to be removed from SMS communications

  • Email us at calafati.ink@gmail.com with your opt-out request and mobile number

 

Your opt-out request will be processed immediately upon receipt. Once removed, you will not receive any further SMS messages from Christy Calafati INK unless you choose to opt back in again by resubmitting your consent through our booking or contact form.

SECTION 6 — CARRIER LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

 

Wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the network availability, terms, and conditions of your individual mobile carrier.

Christy Calafati INK is not responsible for:

  • Delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier network outages or congestion

  • Messages filtered or blocked by your mobile carrier's spam detection systems

  • Any charges applied by your mobile carrier for sending or receiving SMS messages

  • Any loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from delayed or failed message delivery

  • Service interruptions caused by factors outside our direct control

 

If you are not receiving expected messages from us, please check with your mobile carrier to confirm that messages from 10DLC numbers are not being blocked, then contact us at 310-592-9652 so we can reach you through an alternative method.

 

SECTION 7 — NO SHARING OF SMS OPT-IN INFORMATION ⚠️ CRITICAL

 

Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in consent collected through our website or any booking form will NEVER be shared, sold, rented, traded, or disclosed to any third party, affiliate, or partner for their own marketing or promotional purposes — under any circumstances.

 

All categories of data described in these Terms exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with, sold to, rented to, or disclosed to any third parties under any circumstances whatsoever. SMS opt-in data is used solely and exclusively to send messages directly from Christy Calafati INK to you.
